General Rental conditions

Minimum Rental: 3 days

Rental prices:

1st week 2 % of tool-price (RRP) per day

2^nd + 3^rd week 1.75 % of tool-price (RRP) per day

22^nd day and further 1.5 % of tool-price (RRP) per day

Further conditions,

1. Freight ex Germersheim and for returning rented tols to Germersheim will be paid for by customer
2. Days while goods are in transit will be treated as rental days
3. Rental prices are as shown above, customer will insure rented goods against theft, fire and other hazards
4. Damaged or missing goods will be invoiced at market-value. Special tools and accessories we have to procure for customer’s rental will  be invoiced at market-value.
5. For rental-periods exceeding one month, an invoice for each month will be issued at the end of that month
6. After tools are returned to Germersheim, the final invoice will be issued
7. Rental-invoices are due immediately after receipt, plus TVA/VAT/MwSt. (whenever this applies).
